A man has been charged over a collision last August that killed father and son Dean and Charlie Lowe.
29 year old Dylan John Pounds has been charged with two counts of causing death by dangerous driving.
He is also accused of failing to stop and report an accident, holding a mobile phone while driving and possessing a Class B drug.
Dean Lowe and his 11 year old son Charlie died after being struck by a vehicle whilst walking home along Rue de Fauvic in Grouville on Saturday 5 August 2023.
Dylan Pounds has also been charged with being concerned in the supply of drugs, both Class A and B.
Police say those offences are 'unrelated to the road traffic collision'.
He will appear in court on 8 February.
