A 22 year old man has been arrested following a fire at La Coie flats at Springfield.
A small fire on the roof of the building was put out at around 6.30am on Monday (22 June).
Emergency services were called to reports of smoke.
Several roads were closed, causing traffic delays in the area during the morning rush hour.
The fire was quickly brought under control by Jersey Fire and Rescue.

No one was injured.
Police are appealing for any information that might help their investigation.
"Anyone with information is requested to call the Police, who would like to speak with anyone who may have witnessed the fire being started, anyone acting suspiciously, or who may have CCTV or dashcam footage, or any information that could assist with ongoing enquiries.
"Anyone with any information is asked to contact police on 612612 or the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
