Robert Adrian Canavan has been charged with grave and criminal assault and other offences after two people suffered stab wounds in St Saviour.
Two men needed surgery for wounds they suffered on Sunday night (3 September) at Wellington Park Estate.
Police said they believed the pair were known to each other, and both were arrested.
Officers described there being two incidents on the estate - at 8:00pm and at around 10:30pm.
Robert Canavan has also been charged with affray and possession of an offensive weapon.
The 29-year-old has been remanded in custody at HMP La Moye whilst the investigation continues.
