Jersey man sentenced for selling drugs imported by post

A 31-year-old man from Jersey has been sentenced to community service after officers discovered he had been importing drugs through the post for more than a year.

Jonathan Andrew Falle was arrested in September 2024 after having two grams of cocaine delivered to his house.

Following his initial arrest, officers intercepted a further two packages addressed to him - containing a total more than seven grams of cocaine.

Analysis of a mobile phone seized from Falle showed messaging relating to parcels being imported into the Island and the supply of cocaine, ketamine and MDMA.

The initial package that was seized contained two grams of cocaine

The investigation found that Falle ordered, advertised, bought and sold small quantities of cocaine, ketamine, MDMA powder and MDMA pills between February 2023 and September 2024.

The approximate value of the cocaine seized was £2,250.

Jersey’s Royal Court sentenced him to 480 hours of community service and 12 months’ probation for the importation and supply of controlled drugs.
