Dylan John Pounds has pleaded not guilty in Jersey's Royal Court to two counts of causing death by dangerous driving.
The incident that Pounds is accused of happened on 5 August 2023.
Father and son Dean and Charlie Lowe died after being hit by a vehicle on La Rue de Fauvic in Grouville.
29-year-old Pounds pleaded not guilty and entered the same plea to another count of dangerous driving on the same day.
He did plead guilty to failing to stop to report an accident on La Rue de Fauvic.
He also pleaded guilty to possessing the Class B drug cannabis on 6 August.
To a second, unrelated charge, Pounds pleaded guilty concerning the supply of the Class A and B drugs cocaine and cannabis.
Pounds will reappear before the Royal Court on 14 May 2024 and is due to face trial on 21 October 2024.
