Jersey Customer Service Awards winners announced

The best examples of customer care have been recognised at the 2025 Jersey Customer Service Awards.

Channel 103 listeners nominated people and businesses that are taking the extra time and attention to give good service over the past year.

Those nominations were considered by a panel of judges, who decided on the winners.

The recipients were honoured last night (9 October) at a ceremony at the Radisson Blu Hotel attended by more than 200 people.

Awards were presented in 16 categories. In addition, judges also chose their 'Outstanding Individual'  and 'Outstanding Team'.

The Customer Service Awards were hosted by Channel 103's Peter Mac

The former prize went to university student Ewan Boyle, while the latter was won by the Merton Hotel Aquadome Team who staff the swimming pool complex in St Saviour.

The Merton's Entertainment Manager Lee Cornick took the Leadership award.

The Retail category was won by David Hewitt from Gorey Post Office, while Paula Nobrega took the Public Service prize for her work at Jersey Library.

Royston Gicquel was recognised in the Charity category for the service he gives at the Good Companions Club.

Claire Boscq, Head Judge, says it's important to shout about the good examples of customer service:

“Going through the nominations really warmed our hearts.

"In this world we tend to hear, and perpetuate, the bad experiences, but these nominations show there are wonderful people here in Jersey, providing exceptional customer service, without any expectation of recognition.

"It was wonderful to recognise their efforts."

John Bampkin, headline sponsor and CEO of the NP Group, which includes Quantum Building Supplies in Jersey said: “As judges we were blown away by some of the great comments those who’d nominated candidates made about their dedication to providing superb customer service”.

Channel 103 and Quantum Building Supplies would like to thank all those who voted, sponsored awards and attended the ceremony and to congratulate all winners and all those who were shortlisted.
