July in Jersey was wetter, duller and cooler than usual.
A late blast of hot weather meant the temperature for the month was close to average, at 18.1 Celsius.
The hottest day of the year so far was recorded on 31 July when it reached 29.7 C.
But we had around a third more rain than normal. 61.8mm was recorded in total, compared to the 30 year average of 45.3mm.
Almost 28mm was recorded at Howard Davis Farm in Trinity on 15 July, the day the King and Queen visited the island.
Jersey Met says we had 244 hours of sunshine, compared to the average of 275.3.
