Firefighters have tackled a large fire in a domestic oil tank at a home in St Martin.
An off-duty police officer called 999 at around 6.30pm on Thursday (30 June).
The flames had spread to a garden shed and nearby trees.
Green Watch initially responded with two engines. A specialist water carrier and foam tender were also deployed, crewed by on-call firefighters.
The fire was quickly brought under control.
No one was hurt, The cause of the blaze is being investigated.
