Police think a dog found badly injured in Grouville yesterday morning was hit by a car.
The chocolate-coloured spaniel went missing from near St Saviour’s Hospital on Sunday evening and was found next to the old Jersey Pottery site at 7.20am on Monday.
“We believe the dog was hit by a car sometime overnight and suffered multiple injuries.” – States of Jersey Police
The pet is now in a stable condition at the vets.
