A 66-year-old cyclist had to be taken to hospital this morning after being hit by a car in St Mary.
Police are appealing for information after a black Ford Fiesta driven by a 43-year-old woman clipped the cyclist 'at low speed' near St Mary's School at the junction of La Verte Rue and Rue du Motier.
It happened at around 07:10 this morning (Tuesday 26 February)
The male cyclist injured his wrist in the crash and had to be taken to Jersey's General Hospital where he remains, undergoing treatment.
