A Grainville School student has tested positive for coronavirus.
This pupil is part of a class bubble that goes to Highlands College one morning a week.
All students and staff who've been in contact with this student has been told to self-isolate.
"The school and college will be disinfected and will remain open following advice from Environmental and Public Health.
"To protect the identity of this student and respect the family’s privacy, we will not be commenting further."
It's the sixth school to be affected by Covid-19.
Two students in the same bubble at St John's School have tested positive, while confirmed cases have been confirmed at Plat Douet, St Michael's and St Saviour's.
A staff member at Le Rocquier School was also diagnosed last month.
