Andium Homes says it had an 'outstanding' 2025, including record delivery of new homes.

Jersey's States-owned social housing provider added 363 new homes to its portfolio and and entered 583 new tenancies.

The numbers mean Andium now manages more than 5,100 properties, housing more than 10,000 islanders.

The company's annual report also shows it helped 154 people on to the property ladder through its assisted purchase scheme 'Andium Homebuy', which enables first-time buyers to purchase a home at 75% of its value without a deposit.

Waiting lists were also cut.

Despite what it calls 'wider market pressures', Andium maintained a sustainable financial performance.

It returned £28.7 million to the government and invested £97 million back into homes and regeneration.

£18 million went to repairs and maintenance, and  £1 million was invested into the community.

Chief Executive Lindsay Wood says 2025 is a year she's 'proud' to reflect on because of the difference it is making to people's lives.

"We provided homes, stability and opportunity to more Islanders than ever before, strengthened communities, and continued to operate as a resilient, well‑run business in a challenging economic environment.

"I feel privileged to lead an organisation that cares so deeply about the island, works collaboratively with partners, and remains relentlessly focused on doing the right thing for our clients and communities.”

She says the momentum continues, with 527 more new homes in the pipeline.
