There's still time to sign up for Sunday's 10km fun run raising funds for Guernsey Mind.
It starts at 9.30am from the K G Five Playing fields and is open to people of all abilities who are over the age of 16.
The inclusive run promotes the link between physical and mental health and raises much-needed funds for Guernsey Mind.
Maddy Diligent of Guernsey Mind says it's one of the charity's biggest events, with 450 runners having already signed up.
She says: "We can’t wait to see local runners come together on Sunday for the race, supporting and encouraging one another."
