A person has been charged after riding into Vistas Beach cafe on his motorbike.
The rider caused damage and distress when bringing the motorcycle into the cafe at Vazon at 3.45pm on Saturday.
Police are asking for anyone who witnessed what happened to come forward and contact the Officer in the case PC 157 WESLEY on 725111 or alternatively anonymously contacting CrimeStoppers on 0800 555 111.
Guernsey Police have released the following statment:
'The café was open at the time and it is clearly a very irresponsible act by the rider and this may have been quite distressing and obviously very dangerous when considering the welfare of members of public and staff in the premises.
At this time the rider has been spoken to and has been charged and will be attending the next available court.'
