A fire has broken out in the kitchen at Tinto in St Peter Port.
Guernsey Fire and Rescue were called just after 7pm on Tuesday night.
Firefighters were also seen entering the neighbouring Red grill house, where smoke is also believed to have affected.
The Pollet was closed for a time while two fire engines brought the blaze under control.
