Guernsey Police have launched an investigation into the death of a man in St Peter Port.
A 67-year-old man has died following an incident on Green Lanes, between Valnord Lane and Rozel Road, near St Jacques.
The Joint Emergency Services Control Centre received a call reporting that the man had been found injured in the road at 15:05pm on Saturday (23 August).
An investigation has been launched, and officers are appealing for anyone with information to come forwards as soon as possible.
Police say the matter is currently being treated as a medical incident, however enquiries are still ongoing, and anyone who saw anything in the St Jacques area at the time is being urged to make contact with officers.
Guernsey Police have been working with the man's family, and have shared their condolences with them.
