52 Golden Guernsey Goats are being auctioned to raise money for two charities.
The brightly coloured full-size fibre glass sculptures - decorated by local artists and community groups - have been positioned around the island since May.
With the trail over, the goats have been herded together at St Pierre Park Hotel for the big charity auction today (16 September) in aid of Autism Guernsey and the Guernsey Adult Literacy Project.
The goats have been fitted to plinths made by the Guernsey Prison, Paul's Joinery, R & D De Jersey, Daniel Alderton and R.H. Le Tissier.
Plaques supplied by Dowding Signs, have been fixed to plinths featuring the name of the goat, its sponsor and the name of the designer/painter.
The auction takes place at 6.30pm but you can have a free viewing of all the goats in front of the lake between 12pm - 4pm.
