Guernsey residents with experience of the film industry can apply for roles in a new Hollywood picture, set during the Occupation.
Guernsey born director Gene Fallaize recently announced he would be bringing his team from Cupsogue Pictures to Guernsey to film a new World War Two drama titled 'Under the Watchful Gaze'.
Gene says he wants it to be “Guernsey’s film,” with lots of locals involved.
The production is now inviting islanders to apply for crew roles, including: 3rd Assistant Director, Art Director, Location Manager, Boom Operator, and Costume Assistant.
Co-producer Adam Hooper says anyone can apply, no matter what their experience level:
"A little bit of experience would be good, but enthusiasm will go a long way.
"Working with a major production company like Copsogue could further your career in leaps and bounds.
"Hopefully, this movie will be sold worldwide, and it gives people in Guernsey who have been doing this job mainly in Guernsey a chance to show their talents on a broader scale."
Islanders can apply by emailing: crewapplications@cupsoguepictures.com
Separate calls will be made shortly for local actors and businesses to join the project.
Filming of Under the Watchful Gaze is expected to start in Guernsey this July.
