Team Guernsey take four medals on day one of the Orkney Island Games, including team gold in the women's triathlon.
There was an individual silver for 18 year old triathlete Hannah Kennedy, whose second-placed finish in her tri-debut helped the women to team gold.

Guernsey's men's took team bronze.
Vicky Hancock took bronze in the triple jump and set a new Guernsey record.
Her leap of 11.47m was 5cm further than the distance set by Kimberley Goodall 20 years ago.
The Islands Games' action got underway on Sunday (13 July) following the opening ceremony the previous afternoon in the presence of HRH Princess Anne.
Across this week, 2,000 athletes from 24 islands will compete in 12 sports.
Monday programme includes medals in gymnastics, cycling's time trial, badminton and athletics.
