The father and son who were killed in a crash in Jersey have been named by police.
48-year-old Dean Richard Lowe and his 11-year-old son Charlie Lowe were hit by a vehicle on Rue de Fauvic, on the east of the island, on Saturday evening (5 August). The vehicle did not stop at the scene.
Emergency services were called to the road at around 9:30 pm.
A 28-year-old man was arrested in St Helier the following morning on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and failing to stop and report an RTC. He remains in police custody.
