The Flying Christine 3 has been used five times in the past week, including two calls to Alderney over the weekend.
The Bailiwick's marine ambulance was at Braye on Friday for visitors to look around the newly refurbished vessel as part of Alderney Week celebrations.
After returning to Guernsey, the Ambulance and Rescue vessel was called back to Alderney to transfer a patient to hospital in Guernsey.
Late on Saturday night the Flying Christine was back in Alderney, this time to transfer an injured person to Guernsey's Emergency Department.
Ambulance and Rescue say the vessel has been called out 32 times so far this year to medical cases in each of the islands of the Bailiwick.
