Bank Julius Baer will be moving into new offices at Admiral Park.
It has signed a pre-let agreement with developers Comprop for three floors at No.1 The Plaza.
The bank will occupy more than two thirds of the block currently being built, and have use of 115 car parking spaces.
"The completed premises will provide a state of the art environment for our clients and staff. Entering into a long lease agreement also underscores the Bank’s commitment to the Island and further endorses its position as an international finance centre.” - Steve Burt, Bank Julius Baer and Co. Ltd, Guernsey Branch Manager said:
The wider development - due to be completed in late 2021 - will include a 100 bedroom Premier Inn hotel, restaurant and multi-storey car park.
“We are delighted that terms have been agreed with a very substantial global business and this further reinforces both organisations’ commitment to Guernsey." - Steve Marie, Managing Director of Comprop.
