Finishing the construction of Plaza House is the final jigsaw piece in the puzzle for Comprop’s multimillion-pound Admiral Park development.
The six-storey office block is adjacent to the 100-bed Premier Inn, the Good Rebel restaurant and the multi-storey car park.
It is Guernsey's first building to receive a BREEAM rating, which recognises its environmental sustainability.
It cost £43m, and took local firm Rihoy & Son two years to complete.
Different companies are letting sections of the office - which boasts 68,500 square feet.
Watts Property Consultants managing director, Jo Watts, says 75% of the office space has been reserved so far:

Having these facilities supports the island’s finance and professional services sectors and helps promote Guernsey’s reputation on the international stage.
But beyond that, the Admiral Park development has wide-ranging benefits for the island and economy as a whole.
It’s created jobs, it’s supported tourism, and it’s given a successful new venue to the hospitality industry.
Comprop’s investment in the island will have benefited the economy in so many significant ways.”
Property developers Comprop has been developing Admiral Park for more than 20 years.
