Foxtrot500
A 500-mile challenge in aid of Men's Mental Health
Jersey businessman Paul Fox is undertaking an incredible 500-mile walk this September to raise awareness and funds for men’s mental health, supporting Mind Jersey.
From September 1st to 18th, Paul will complete 84 laps of the scenic cycle path between St. Aubin’s Village and St. Helier. This challenge encourages the community to participate in their own ‘500’ activities, whether that’s swimming, baking, or other creative endeavours.
Paul says, “Foxtrot500 was born out of a deep personal commitment to raise awareness around men’s mental health, following the loss of several friends over the past year...."
"Many men find it hard to discuss their feelings due to outdated stigmas.”

Local businesses are invited to join one of 17 Corporate Challenge Days, where teams of ten can walk alongside Paul while raising funds. Various sponsorship packages are also available, culminating in the ‘Foxtrot500 Ball’ at The Royal Yacht Hotel on September 20th.
All proceeds will support Mind Jersey, a charity focused on mental health and suicide prevention. Community members are encouraged to participate, donate, or sponsor the event. For more information, please visit foxtrot500.com
