HM Queen Elizabeth II

The Duke of Normandy | 21^st April 1926 - 8^th September 2022

Buckingham Palace has announced the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II at the age of 96.

She passed away at her residence at Balmoral, surrounded by members of her family.

In the Channel Islands, her official title is the Duke of Normandy, reflecting the islands' status as the last remaining part of the historical Duchy of Normandy under British rule.
