A Bird on the Edge update on the Cough project - an illustrated talk by Liz Corry
Sunday 16th February, at St Andrews Church Hall at 2.30pm
Liz Corry will update us on her work with the Red Billed Chough colony along the headland at Sorel. The Chough became extinct in Jersey around 1900, but the programme of habitat restoration enabled Durrell (with the support of the Department of the Environment and National Trust for Jersey) to reintroduce these attractive and highly sociable birds back into the wild with great success.
Members free. Non-members £5.00 minimum donation.
