Health and Community Services are holding a series of public meetings across the Island in November and December, so that Islanders can find out more about the Jersey Care Model.
There will be meetings in every parish, some at lunch time and many in the evening. They are open to everyone, not just to parish residents. We hope you can join us at one of the meetings.
