National Fitness Day 2021 will take place on Wednesday 22nd September and is a chance to highlight the role physical activity plays across the UK, helping to raise awareness of its importance in leading a healthier lifestyle through being physically active.
Active Jersey are getting involved by offering a selection of `taster' classes, gym sessions and challenges throughout the day at both Fort Regent and Les Quennevais. All classes & sessions are free to anyone who wishes to attend and there will ;be the opportunity to join in on some challenges to win various prizes.
