The staff and supporters of Brighter Futures are walking 11 miles in memory of former CEO Ruth Brunton, who passed away in February 2023.

Earlier this year, Ruth Brunton, the former CEO of Brighter Futures, sadly passed away.
On Friday 24th March 2023, members of the Brighter Futures staff team will take on a 17.90-killometer / 11.1 mile walk to raise funds for both Brighter Futures and the Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association, Jersey. The route will take us along the five-mile road, through Corbiere, St. Brelade and St. Aubin and into St. Helier, along the Esplanade. Look out for our orange t shirts as we walk by!
We hope for comfortable walking shoes and fairly good weather conditions!
The proceeds raised will be divided equally between Brighter Futures Jersey (Registered Charity No 204) and the Motor Neurone Disease Association (Registered Charity No 043).
