Snow, Wind And Tide Warnings Issued

Weather warnings have been issued for Jersey – including a ‘Yellow’ level snow alert.
Jersey Met is advising of possible tidal flooding along the south coast today at 8.30pm and 8.46am tomorrow.

 

There is an orange level wind alert with a southwesterly gale force 8 forecast later.

And a yellow level snow alert has been issued for Friday, with a cold snap expected to bring scattered sleet or snow showers.

Earlier this week, forecaster Peter Munns told Channel 103 about the ‘weather bomb’ that was on its way.
