Sarah Kate Moorhouse

25-year-old Sarah joined Channel 103 in March 2009.
 
Having always been a huge music fan, she's thrilled now to be one of the radio gang!
 
Sarah got the media bug at the age of 16 when she took on the role of Weekend Broadcast Assistant at BBC Radio Jersey.
 
Next stop was Bournemouth University to study Multi-Media Journalism and Sarah landed back in Jersey in 2005.  It was that year she joined ITV Channel Television.
 
These days Sarah splits her time between Television, Radio and Online and without wanting to sound cheesy, thoroughly enjoys and appreciates every minute! Sarah enjoys playing netball, rifling through bargains at the nearest charity shop and as her Lancashire roots would dictate, couldn't live without hotpot and endless cups of tea!
 
Her fav tv programmes include Skins, The Big Breakfast and Live and Kicking and she still laughs when she thinks of Egg on Your Face and Trev and Si! Music-wise, she's never ashamed to admit she still loves Take That but IS embarrassed to admit she once queued for four hours in the rain just for Craig David's autograph!

1 Where were you born? Preston.

2 What was the first record you bought? Embarrassingly... Bjork!

3 Who is your favourite group? Kooks and Killers - Can't decide!

4 What made you want to be a radio presenter? I love people, chatting to people and... listening to music!

5 When did you join 103? March 2009

6 What is your favourite 103 moment (on or off air)? Loving all. Too early to say, ask me again in a few months!

7 Who is your all-time favourite radio presenter? Chris Halford (it said someone else but Chris changed it).. :-)

8 What is the best concert you have ever been to? Take That

9 What is your all-time favourite record? Chasing Cars

10 If you hadn't been a radio presenter what would you have been? A Teacher... it's in my blood!
