SWINE FLU: 3 MORE CASES
There are three more cases of Swine Flu in Jersey.
So far a total of 15 people here have contracted the virus.
Yesterday UK health officials announced they can no longer contain it - and that Tamiflu is only being given to people with symptoms.
But Jersey is still in a 'containment' phase, and is aiming to limit the spread until a vaccine arrives in the autumn.
All cases here have recovered - or are recovering- well.

'JUSTICE FOR JERSEY' PROTEST
A campaign has begun in Jersey calling for an overhaul of the island's justice system.
Organisers are hoping anyone who thinks they have been failed by the court process with march will them from Peoples Park to the Royal Square.
Senator Stuart Syvret says the protest - which starts at noon tomorrow - is about more than how the historic abuse inquiry has been handled:
He says it is about battling for reform and a fairer, affordable legal system.

INFESTED TREES FELLED
Jersey's authorities are defending a decision to fell two otherwise healthy trees infested with a harmful caterpillar.
The Environment Department has had several calls from members of the public protesting at the decision to cut down two large Oaks in Peoples Park.
They were riddled with Oak Processionary Moth which is a risk to human health.
Insect expert Scott Meadows says the problem was on such a huge scale and they had no other option but remove them.
Other less affected trees at the park and in the Parade are being treated.
We are being asked to report any other sightings of the caterpillar which can be distinguished by the fact they march in line nose-to-tail.

KEEPING PARENTS INFORMED
Top marks for Grainvile School.
It has received national recognition for its efforts to improve its links with parents.
Grainville has become the first school in the Channel Islands to get a special award - The Leading Parent Partnership Award.
Headteacher David Cahill says a new email system isb the key to keeping mums and dads informed.
He says school attendence has improved for three years running as a result.

POLISH DOCUMENTARY IN PIPELINE
Two Jersey documentary makers are planning to make a film about the island's Polish community.
Daniela Rusowsky and Ruth Carswell are calling on local businesses to sponsor the film to help raise the cash needed.
They also aim to raise money for Jersey's National Trust by holding a fundraising premiere for the documentary after its made.
Daniela says it's time we took a closer look at the community.

Jersey's footballers are preparing to face hosts Aland in the final at the Natwest Island Games.
It's after their 2-0 win against rivals Guernsey yesterday.

MUD IN JERSEY
Muddy Waters was known as the father of Chicago blues and his son played the first of three shows in Jersey last night.
Muddy Waters' music influenced thousands of musicians including the Rolling Stones who took their name from his theme song.
His real name was McKinley Morganfield and his son is known as Mud Morganfield.
Mud Morganfield is playing at Thelma's Show Lounge above the Town House in St Helier tonight and on Sunday and you can hear the complete interview on Spencer Davies' show today after 12.30pm
