Support Group for people with Alopecia in Jersey. Meetings will take place on second Monday monthly (except August & December) in the Bar area at The Radisson Hotel at 8pm.

Jersey Model Car Club

Meet every Sunday afternoon at St Johns Recreation Ground.

Spectators are welcome, and the track is open for people to try. You do need your own radio controlled car but please come and see us if you are interested.

Jason lee 10K Memorial Run

Entries for the ninth run are in most sports shops, fitness centres and entry forms can be downloaded from the Jersey Hospice Website. The run starts at 9am from the athletics track and entry fee is £10. All Standards welcome. Teas, coffee and homemade cakes at the finish with all proceeds going to Jersey Hospice Care.

JAYF Open Garden

This years JAYF open Garden Season ends with the magnificent gardens of St Johns Manor, the origins of which date back to the 14th Century.

St Johns Manor will open from 2pm – 5pm, there will be signposts at nearby junctions. Delicious cream teas will be available along with a cake stall plus don’t miss the Falconry Display at 3.30pm. Entrance is £4 (children under 12 free) Free Parking. No Dogs.

All proceeds go to Jersey Association of Friendship to provide help and security in four homes on the island for vulnerable young people who through no fault of their own been denied a family life.

300 Vegan Meals Fundraising Challenge

At St Mary’s Community Centre 1pm – 4pm

The challenge is to cook a vegan linguine pasta dish for 300 people from a home kitchen, then transport it to St Mary’s Community centre and then serve as many portions as possible in half hour.

The meal challenge ticket will be £10 and all the profits will go to The Kyle Pringle fund to buy a memorial bench. Any remaining money will go to drugs awareness.
